Jakarta (ANTARA) - The BPJS Kesehatan board for the 2026–2031 period has introduced eight flagship or quick win programmes to address the diverse needs of National Health Insurance (JKN) participants, both in terms of administrative obstacles and services.

“These quick wins also represent our commitment to supporting one of President Prabowo’s Asta Cita points, namely strengthening human resource development, one aspect of which is through health,” said BPJS Kesehatan President Director, Prihati Pujowaskito, during the launch of 24-Hour WhatsApp Administrative Services (PANDAWA) and the Kick Off for the Board of Directors’ Quick Wins at the BPJS Kesehatan Head Office in Jakarta on Wednesday.

The man familiarly known as Pujo further explained that the eight flagship programmes of the BPJS Kesehatan board consist of 4 Customer Centric Programmes and 4 Collaborative Programmes.

“The public’s expectations are the same, namely to be responded to quickly and effectively if they encounter problems when accessing administrative or health services,” he said.

In parallel, the Collaborative Programmes are implemented to expand the reach of integrated services, involving synergy with various stakeholders in their execution.

The four Customer Centric Programmes include Rapid Responsive Solutions, Strong Contributions, Young Chronic Disease Management Programme (Prolanis), and Elimination of Inefficiencies.

The Rapid Responsive Solutions initiative focuses on handling JKN participants’ complaints regarding BPJS Kesehatan services or its partners, while also increasing communication reach to rural areas.

He cited examples of services from that programme, including the 24-hour WhatsApp Administrative Services (PANDAWA). Previously, JKN participants could only access PANDAWA services from 08.00 to 17.00 local time, but now PANDAWA operates 24 hours a day.

Meanwhile, the 4 Collaborative Programmes include P-Care MBG to monitor the growth and development of MBG recipient students in 3 schools, as well as the health status and JKN participation of SPPG officers in 3 SPPG locations.

In addition, Healthy Students in People’s Schools, which involves periodic health checks for students in 3 people’s schools, JKN Healthy Villages, which involves cooperation with the Merah Putih Village Cooperative in providing facilities, and JKN 3T, namely cooperation with the TNI AL hospital support ship to 3T areas, as well as the deployment of health personnel to 3T areas.
