BPJS Health Service Offices Remain Open During Eid Holiday

Jakarta — BPJS Kesehatan has ensured that face-to-face administrative services at BPJS offices will remain open during the Eid holiday period and will be accessible to participants of the National Health Insurance (JKN) programme.

BPJS Kesehatan will operate services at branch offices on 18, 20, 23, and 24 March 2026 from 08:00 to 13:00.

BPJS Kesehatan Director Prihati Pujowaskito emphasised that the convenience of JKN services must continue to be felt by the public and accessible throughout Indonesia, including during the Eid holiday season.

“The Eid exodus period must not prevent participants from obtaining healthcare services. BPJS Kesehatan ensures that JKN programme services remain easily accessible, so that the public can undertake their holiday journey with peace of mind because their health protection remains guaranteed,” said Pujo.

BPJS Kesehatan Membership Director Akmal Budi Yulianto also stated that there are various conveniences in accessing membership administration during the Eid holiday period.

He noted that JKN participants can also utilise the Mobile JKN application to access various membership administration services independently, ranging from changes to participant data, changes to Primary Health Facilities (FKTP), to various other administrative services.

According to Akmal, it is important that JKN participants verify their membership status before undertaking their holiday journey, so they can still obtain BPJS Kesehatan services during travel and at their destination.

“We urge participants to ensure their membership status is active before undertaking their holiday journey,” Akmal emphasised.
