How to Receive Medical Treatment Outside Your City with BPJS Health
If you fall ill whilst outside your city, BPJS Health participants can still receive treatment at primary healthcare facilities in other regions for a maximum of three visits. In emergency conditions, participants can go directly to hospital without requiring a referral from a primary healthcare facility.

How to Undergo Health History Screening
Health history screening is important for detecting the risk of chronic diseases that can occur at any time. The process takes only 5–10 minutes.
Starting 6 March 2026, JKN participants who have not undergone health history screening in 2026 will be required to complete it before accessing services at primary healthcare facilities. Therefore, ensure you undergo health history screening from now on.
