Through this feature, participants wishing to file claims can select the service method that suits their needs, either via video call or by visiting a branch office in person. For those opting for in-person service, the system will display the attendance schedule or estimated service time, so participants no longer need to arrive at dawn or wait for long periods at the branch office.

With this schedule-based queue system, participants can plan their arrival more certainly. This innovation is expected to expand access to more planned and equitable services, allowing participants from various segments to obtain service time certainty without facing long queues.

The Head of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Jakarta Buaran Branch Office, Muhammad Ramdhoni, welcomed this service update. He stated that the online queue feature provides a real solution to participants’ needs for more efficient and measurable services.

“Through the Lapak Asik online queue, we aim to ensure that participants receive service time certainty without having to wait long at the branch office. This is a concrete step on our part to improve service quality while providing comfort for participants. We also urge participants to make optimal use of this service so that the claims process becomes faster, more orderly, and transparent,” said Ramdhoni in a press statement on Sunday (5/4/2026).

In addition to filing claims, Lapak Asik can also be used by participants to submit questions, obtain programme information, or lodge complaints related to employment social security.

Participants can even register for the queue anytime and from anywhere, simply using their smartphones. With the concept of online registration, arrival according to schedule, and completion on time, this service is expected to provide a faster, more practical, and efficient service experience for participants.

Participants wishing to file claims through Lapak Asik can follow these steps: Access the Lapak Asik website, https://lapakasik.bpjsketenagakerjaan.go.id, Fill in the claim submission data such as KPJ Number, NIK, full name, email address, and other mandatory data, Complete additional data such as phone number and bank account number.

Next, upload the required documents such as ID card, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan participant card, and supporting documents according to the type of claim. After registration is complete, participants will receive a queue barcode and notification of estimated service time via registered email and phone number.
