BPJN pursues consignment procedures for Sitinjau Lauik land acquisition
The government, through the National Road Implementation Agency (BPJN) for West Sumatra, has begun pursuing consignment procedures to resolve disputed land issues affecting the Sitinjau Lauik Flyover construction project in Padang, West Sumatra. The head of BPJN West Sumatra, Elsa Putra Friandi, stated that approximately 6.7 hectares of the 8.49 hectares of community land affected by the construction must be resolved through consignment procedures to ensure the construction process is completed by 2027.
