JAKARTA – The Head of the Asset Recovery Agency (BPA) of the Attorney General’s Office, Kuntadi, said the BPA Fair 2026 auctions raised Rp 997,479,436,000, with an auction success rate of 88.64%, above the target of 75%. In total, 308 assets were offered and 300 were sold; eight assets went unsold. The asset with the highest price increase was the Harley-Davidson Royal Black, up 930.86%. The Harley-Davidson Royal drew the most bidders, attracting 349. Kuntadi added that the majority felt the auction reserve prices were below market value. He stated that BPA Fair has three core values that differentiate it from other auction events: transparency in asset management, integrity, and accountability to stakeholders. ‘We are convinced that honesty in managing state assets is not merely a duty but a moral calling we embrace wholeheartedly,’ he said. ‘We believe that art and music are not merely entertainment but cultural assets with economic value and long-term investment potential.’ Kuntadi hopes the BPA Fair can become an annual event for the Asset Recovery Agency, as it is seen as supporting optimal state revenue and strengthening national fiscal stability.
