JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - BP fuel stations are adjusting fuel oil (BBM) prices starting 18 April 2026. BP fuel is experiencing a price increase for the BP Ultimate Diesel type. According to Kompas.com observations on Saturday (18/4/2026), the BP Ultimate Diesel price increase amounts to Rp 10,940, bringing it to Rp 25,560 per litre from the previous Rp 14,620 per litre. Meanwhile, the price of BP 92 fuel remains at Rp 12,390 per litre, as does the price of BP Ultimate at Rp 12,930 per litre. Here is the list of BP fuel prices that take effect starting 18 April 2026: Previously, on 1 April 2026, BP did not make any changes or chose to hold fuel prices amid the trend of global energy price surges due to the war in the Middle East. BP management had stated that this step followed the government’s policy of holding subsidised and non-subsidised fuel prices. “We respect the government’s policy regarding the governance and determination of fuel prices in Indonesia,” it said in an official statement received by Kompas.com on Thursday (2/4/2026). As a fuel trading business entity, the company affirmed that operations are running in accordance with regulations. “BP-AKR consistently conducts business activities in accordance with the applicable provisions and mechanisms in Indonesia’s energy sector, and remains committed to providing quality fuel and services to customers,” BP management wrote.
