He said the opportunities for cooperation between the two parties span a wide range of sectors, from renewable energy, advanced manufacturing, the halal industry, logistics and the digital economy, to healthcare services, aerospace, education, smart cities and food security.

Saipolyazan added that Selangor has a business ecosystem supported by infrastructure, a skilled workforce, a robust logistics system and an investment climate that is friendly to investors.
Through SIBS ASEAN 2026, Selangor hopes that business partnerships, investment and regional economic integration between Malaysia and Indonesia, particularly West Java and the Rebana area, will continue to grow.
