Bouygues wins contracts
PARIS (Reuter): Bouygues Offshore, a unit of French building
company Bouygues, has signed two contracts with Total worth 250
million francs to install 170 kilometers of pipeline on an
Indonesian gas field.
The contracts involve building the pipeline and supply of
barges to lay the pipe and accommodate 150 workers on the North
Tunu field, east of Borneo in Kalimantan province, Bouygues said
in a statement.
Work will last 19 months and allow production to start at the
end of 1997.
