Bosowa begins cement exports

JAKARTA (JP): South Sulawesi cement company PT Semen Bosowa
Maros shipped on Thursday its first export of 15,000 metric tons
to the Middle East.

"After the Middle East we plan to export to Asian and African
countries," company director Aksa Mahmud was quoted by Antara as
saying in Ujungpandang.

Aksa said that PT Semen Bosowa planned to export 60 percent of
its 1.8 million ton production and sell the remainder on the
domestic market. (06)
