Borobudur has new pastry chef
Promising more delicacies, Borobudur Hotel has announced the appointment of Sheriff Mohideen as pastry chef of the luxurious five-star hotel.
A Sri Lankan, Mohideen started his career at the Hotel Lanka Oberoi before moving overseas to work at the Meridien Hotel in Jeddah, Ramada Al Salam Hotel in Jeddah, Al Khzama in Saudi Arabia and the Munster Germany Movenpick Hotel.
His last position was assistant pastry chef at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Dubai.
He has received numerous awards and medals while working in Bahrain, Switzerland, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
