Boosting Property Sales, ASG Expo 2026 to Run for 10 Days
Property demand is showing a fluctuating trend in line with changes in economic conditions and public purchasing power. Developers are utilising exhibitions as distribution and education channels to maintain market interest.
Agung Sedayu Group will hold the ASG Expo 2026 from 17 to 26 April 2026 at the Main Atrium of PIK Avenue to boost sales while reaching potential consumers. This event serves as the company’s strategy in responding to the increasingly competitive property market dynamics.
“Agung Sedayu Group has been creating and building the nation for 55 years. As an offering from this long journey, we are holding the largest property expo, namely ASG Expo 2026, for a full 10 days at the Main Atrium of PIK Avenue,” said Steven Kusumo on Friday (17/4/2026).
The exhibition will feature a variety of products, ranging from residential homes, apartments, shophouses, land plots to commercial areas in several projects such as PIK2, Golf Island, and Sedayu City. In addition, the developer will also showcase its hotel and commercial area portfolio to expand market segments.
The company is also combining sales with entertainment and educational activities to attract visitors. Miranda DWK said that the event is complemented by promotional programmes and prizes for visitors and buyers during the exhibition.
“Not only that, the series of events will also be filled with a PANI panel discussion on 18 April with inspirational speakers including Trimegah Sekuritas, as well as a special performance by Icun Lin ready to liven up the atmosphere,” said Miranda DWK.
On the product side, the developer is also introducing new housing with an environment-based concept. “PIK2 is launching a garden house product, namely Ubud Residences in the Pasir Putih area, balancing modern urban life with a calm and green garden atmosphere,” said Lucia Aditjakra.
In addition to transactions, the exhibition will be filled with social and interactive activities such as blood donation, sports simulations, and children’s play areas. This approach reflects the developer’s efforts to expand the exhibition’s function into an experiential space for consumers.
Looking ahead, property exhibitions are expected to remain an important instrument for maintaining sales amid market uncertainty. Their effectiveness will depend on the developers’ ability to combine promotional strategies, product innovation, and visitor experiences.
