PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) has officially formed a strategic cooperation with PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN) to optimise the management of the company’s hotel assets. The partnership was formalised with a Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) signed at the Sarinah Building, Jakarta, on Thursday, 5 March 2026.

Corporate Secretary of Adhi Karya, Rozi Sparta, explained that through this collaboration, PT HIN or InJourney Hospitality, which is now under Danantara, will act as the operator managing three GranDhika Indonesia hotels owned by Adhi Karya in Jakarta, Semarang, and Medan.

Under this scheme, the three GranDhika Indonesia hotels owned by Adhi Karya, located in Jakarta, Semarang, and Medan, will be managed by PT HIN or InJourney Hospitality as operator, with the expectation of improving business performance and optimising revenue from Adhi Karya’s hotel business unit, Rozi said in a statement on Saturday, 7 March 2026.

However, Rozi explained that in its implementation, Adhi Karya will retain direct oversight of the hotels’ operational and financial aspects to ensure transparent and accountable governance.

Furthermore, Rozi stated that the partnership is important to increase the company’s revenue.

“Through this synergy, Adhi Karya and HIN are expected to strengthen the synergy in managing the national hotel industry, enhance the competitiveness of Hotel GranDhika Indonesia, and optimise the performance of the hotel business so as to contribute positively to revenue growth and added value for the company,” he said.
