Sydney—Boomi, an AI-driven data activation company, today announced the winners of its APAC Customer Innovation Awards 2026, presented during the Boomi World Tour 2026 in Sydney.

This year’s winners were selected for their pioneering efforts in delivering innovative solutions built on the Boomi Enterprise Platform and for achieving outstanding results in several categories: Business Impact, Data Activation, AI & Agentic Transformation, and Platform Excellence.

The Boomi 2026 APAC Customer Innovation Award winners include:

  • CLP Power Hong Kong - APAC Customer of the Year. CLP Power Hong Kong utilised enterprise-standard integration capabilities to drive one of the largest digital transformation programmes in the Asia Pacific. By connecting over 2.9 million smart meters, enterprise-standard applications, and operational technology, CLP successfully unlocked real-time data access to modernise power grid operations, support ERP transformation, and underpin one of the world’s largest customer-based demand-side management programmes. This initiative reduced cross-system integration development time by 70 per cent, enabling predictive peak load management through the analysis of over 51 billion smart meter data points annually, and allowing over 1.6 million customers to participate in energy-saving programmes during peak periods. Consequently, this move has strengthened grid reliability and supported sustainability targets.

  • Bakers Delight - Business Impact Award. Bakers Delight modernised its digital marketing ecosystem and created a future-ready, adaptable architecture to achieve higher business agility. Using Boomi Integration, Data Hub, and API Management, the company rapidly deployed a new data and customer engagement platform in just three months, transitioning seamlessly from legacy systems without disrupting operations. By centralising integration and master data across customer segments, products, stores, promotions, and orders, Bakers Delight successfully repurposed its core integration for various advanced digital initiatives. This has driven faster innovation, reduced implementation costs, and enabled rapid responses to changing market conditions, including company-wide price updates.

  • Brickworks - Data Activation Award. Brickworks transformed thousands of unstructured supplier invoices into trusted, analytics-ready data to drive smarter procurement decisions and improve expenditure transparency. Using the Boomi Enterprise Platform, the company automated the extraction, validation, and integration of invoice line-item data into Snowflake, resulting in near real-time enterprise-standard expenditure transparency. Completed in just three days, this scalable solution has processed over 135,000 invoices and continues to process over 1,000 invoices every week. This success enables detailed supplier analysis, strengthens data governance, and accelerates data-driven procurement decision-making.

  • HEB Construction - AI & Agentic Transformation Award. HEB Construction transformed its tendering process through governed AI agents built on the Boomi Enterprise Platform. Working alongside Boomi’s AI Centre of Excellence, HEB deployed AI agents that transform unstructured employee CVs into reusable, trusted profiles and automatically generate project-specific proposal documents. This solution significantly reduces manual labour and accelerates tender proposal preparation. Using Boomi Agentstudio, Integration, Data Hub, and Agent Control Tower, HEB has established a scalable and governed framework for enterprise-standard AI, featuring built-in observability, cost attribution, and trusted data, thereby creating a foundation for future agentic transformation across the company.

  • Flinders University - Platform Excellence Award. Flinders University built a trusted, reusable, and scalable foundation to support crucial services for students, staff, research, finance, and operations across the institution. Using the Bouma Enterprise Platform, Data Hub, and API Management, the integration specialist team manages 278 active integrations, 26 production APIs, and nearly 28 million process executions annually. The platform has enabled cloud migration, improved data quality, accelerated programme information updates by 300 per cent, decommissioned legacy technology, and automated various previously manual processes.

“The various organisations recognised in this year’s APAC Customer Innovation Awards prove that long-term transformation begins with trusted data, interconnected systems, and the confidence to reimagine how work is done,” said David Irecki, Chief Technology Officer, Asia Pacific and Japan, at Boomi.

“Whether generating measurable business impact, activating enterprise-standard data, implementing AI and agentic transformation, or building platform capabilities for future growth, each of these organisations has achieved results that extend far beyond mere technology. We are proud to be part of these innovators’ journeys as they set new standards for their respective industries and demonstrate the true potential of data activation.”
