Bontang Investment Agency Reminds Companies to Submit Quarterly Capital Investment Reports
BONTANG – As the city's investment and licensing institution, the Bontang Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP Bontang) has once again reminded investment companies to submit their reports. The reporting concerns the Capital Investment Activity Report (LKPM) for the second quarter of the first semester of 2025, a mandatory report that must be prepared and submitted periodically by business operators to the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). The report covers the progress of capital investment realisation, including investment realisation, labour absorption, production realisation, and problems faced by companies.
"This has also been reminded by the Ministry of Investment and Downstream Industries, or BKPM, since 3 June 2025 through its official letter," said the Head of DPMPTSP Bontang, Muhammad Aspiannur.
He added that if the appeal is not heeded, DPMPTSP Bontang will issue a first written warning letter.
"We urge business operators to submit their LKPM on time to avoid sanctions," said DPMPTSP Bontang Head Muhammad Aspiannur.
