BONTANG – The Bontang City Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) has unveiled a new look in its office lobby with the installation of a videotron displaying an informative and attractive agency profile video. The initiative represents an innovation aimed at improving the quality of public services.
DPMPTSP Bontang head Muhammad Aspiannur said the videotron serves as an effective promotional and educational medium for members of the public visiting the service area.
"We want to strengthen the image of public services that are modern, transparent and accountable, whilst creating an informative and welcoming office atmosphere. With clear visualisation, residents can immediately understand the duties and functions of DPMPTSP without having to ask many questions," he told the press on Tuesday (20/5/2025).
In addition to displaying the agency's profile video, the videotron will also be used to broadcast other educational content such as licensing procedure tutorials, the latest information regarding the Risk-Based Approach Online Single Submission (OSS-RBA) system, and Bontang City's investment realisation achievements.
"We hope this medium can reach the public in a more practical and modern way," Aspiannur said.
According to him, the videotron is not merely an aesthetic enhancement for the space but also a strategic visual communication tool.
"So, all residents entering this office can immediately see the service flow, what services are available, and how the licensing process is carried out. This is also part of our efforts to build public information transparency," he added.
