Bontang Investment Agency Commits to Fast, Transparent Digital Licensing Services
BONTANG – In an effort to improve public services and create a conducive investment climate, the Bontang Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP Bontang) continues to commit to providing fast, transparent and accountable licensing services.
This was conveyed by Idrus, a Junior Expert Licensing Officer at DPMPTSP Bontang, when met at his office. He explained that the licensing system in Bontang is now digitally integrated through the OSS (Online Single Submission) licensing application.
"Through the OSS system, applicants can process business and non-business permits online without having to come directly to the office. This makes things easier for the public and business operators, whilst minimising the potential for abuse of authority," said Idrus.
Furthermore, Idrus urged all residents and business operators in Bontang to actively comply with regulations and process their permits officially to avoid legal violations.
"Our principle is to serve professionally and in accordance with regulations. We are open to receiving licensing consultations and will facilitate the process as long as the required documents and conditions are met," he concluded.
With this commitment, DPMPTSP Bontang hopes to drive healthy and sustainable investment growth whilst maintaining business order in the city.
