Bone Bolango Regency has recorded a proud achievement at the national level regarding its licensing services. In the 2025 Performance Assessment of Integrated One-Stop Services (PTSP) and Acceleration of Business Implementation (PPB) organised by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM, Bone Bolango Regency successfully earned a ‘Very Good’ performance predicate with a score of 87.872, an increase of 6.548 points compared to the previous year.

The Head of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Agency (DPMPTSP) of Bone Bolango Regency, Dian Susilo Rahadting, stated that this achievement serves as evidence of the increasing quality of licensing services and the ease of doing business being continuously developed by the local government under the leadership of Regent Ismet Mile and Vice Regent Risman Tolingguhu.

“This year’s assessment result reached 87.872, an increase of 6.548 points compared to 2024, which obtained a score of 81.324. Alhamdulillah, Bone Bolango has successfully achieved a Very Good performance predicate,” Dian said during an interview with the media on Friday (31/07/2026).

He explained that the assessment conducted by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM is a mandate of Government Regulation Number 28 of 2025, aimed at measuring the performance of local governments in integrated one-stop services and the acceleration of business implementation to encourage investment ease in Indonesia.

The evaluation was conducted nationally across 544 local governments, comprising 36 provincial governments, 415 regency governments, and 93 city governments.

The assessment process included the submission of PTSP and PPB performance data by local governments through self-assessment, followed by field verification and validation by surveyors appointed by the Ministry of Investment and Downstreaming/BKPM. This was followed by the selection of nominees, the determination of assessment results, and the presentation of awards through the Investment Service Awards (ALI).

According to Dian, the increase in the score achieved by Bone Bolango indicates that efforts to improve the governance of licensing services are moving in a better direction. In addition to accelerating the service process, various refinements have been implemented to provide certainty and ease for both the public and business actors.

“This achievement is the result of the collective work of all regional apparatuses. We will continue to improve the quality of services to become more professional, transparent, and fast, and to be able to create a conducive investment climate that can drive regional economic growth,” he concluded.
