I went to Singapore to trade off my stack of crisp, Class 2,
but unfortunately, folded US$100 bills that ANZ denied due to
their certainly unethical, possibly illegal discriminatory
policy.

American Express gave me an amazing story. They had to check
all the 1996 series bills as they are getting dumped with
counterfeit bills from Indonesia by Indonesian businessmen who
are laundering all their 1996 bills for a discount and buying the
2001 series at a premium. AmEx states that the forgeries, which
they are calling "Super Bills", are excellent quality. Yes, mine
passed muster.
