Bogor Satpol PP Finance Sub-Section Head Faces Dismissal After Pawning Staff's Appointment Letters
BOGOR - The Deputy Head of Finance for the Satpol PP of Bogor City, Ija Jajuli, who pawned the appointment letters (SK) of his staff to a bank, faces dismissal by the Bogor City Government. Severe punishment for the errant Satpol PP official of Bogor City is being discussed by the National Civil Service Agency (BKN). Ija Jajuli lured his subordinates under the pretext of office needs. He also promised the victims that the repayment period would not take too long. However, the instalment payments stalled, and the victims whose SKs were pawned reported the incident to the Bogor City BKPSDM. “Severe punishment. Demotion, non-job, or dismissal, and regarding this severe disciplinary punishment, BKN approval is needed,” said the Head of BKPSDM of Bogor City, Dani Rahadian, when contacted by Kompas.com on Monday (13/4/2026). “The person in question has been examined, and is now in the process of imposing disciplinary punishment,” he revealed. Meanwhile, the Secretary of Satpol PP of Bogor City, Wawan Sanwani, added that the case came to light in 2025 because the victims reported it to the BKPSDM due to stalled instalments promised by the perpetrator. “Yes, in 2025 the victims started reporting because the instalments promised by the perpetrator began to stall, even some instalments were in default to the member whose name was borrowed earlier. Initially to BKPSDM, which was then followed up by the inspectorate,” he said. The wife of a Bogor City Satpol PP Civil Servant (ASN), Desi Hartarti (41), revealed that her husband became a victim of the appointment letter (SK) pawning by the Finance Sub-Section Head, Ija Jajuli. Initially, in 2022, Desi’s husband asked for permission to allow his name to be used by Ija Jajuli. Desi gave permission to her husband at that time. “Well, from there, Ija Jajuli personally said to me, ‘Ma’am, I won’t allow employees or staff to borrow money from the bank without the wife’s permission. That’s why I’m bringing you here, I’m borrowing your husband’s name,’ said Ija Jajuli,” Desi said when confirmed by media crew on Monday (13/4/2026). However, with the note to pay the instalments smoothly. “I admit, ‘oh yes sir, it’s fine, as long as the payments are proper, the instalments,’ that’s it, that was our initial agreement in 2022,” she said. After that, one of the banks in Bogor City approved a loan of Rp 100 million by Ija Jajuli using Desi Hartarti’s husband’s name. “Well, after receiving the money of Rp 100 million, there was an admin deduction, and principal savings deduction. Rp 100 million personally for me, sir, personally,” she explained. The Rp 100 million was to be repaid in instalments of Rp 2,080,000 over 10 years.
