The comfort and welfare of the community, especially special needs children, is a shared responsibility. This was stated by Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto during his direct inspection of the Citeureup District Social Welfare Centre on Saturday, 28 March 2026.

“Their comfort is our collective responsibility,” said Regent Rudy. He ensured that all available facilities and infrastructure are in decent, safe condition and capable of providing comfort for special needs children. “Today, we want to ensure that every facility truly supports their needs, both in terms of safety and adequacy.”

Regent Rudy also committed to continuously improving services. He apologised if previously they had not fully been able to provide truly adequate facilities and infrastructure, along with a sense of security and sincere love for special needs children, and the best facilities. “This is our responsibility to keep improving and providing better in the future,” he said.

Attention to special needs children, he said, is not limited to providing facilities, but also concerns humanitarian aspects, care, and affection. “Special needs children deserve attention, love, and the best facilities from all of us. The local government will continue to strive to improve the quality of social services to be increasingly inclusive and just,” he stated.

Through this inspection, the Bogor Regency Government is committed to continuously strengthening social services and ensuring that every citizen, without exception, receives their rights and proper protection.
