Bogor Regent Inaugurates 21 Officials to Strengthen Bureaucratic Performance and Public Services

Bogor Regent Rudy Susmanto inaugurated and administered the oath of office to 21 administrator and supervisory officials within the Bogor Regency Government at the Soekarno Hatta Hall on Thursday, 26 February 2026. The ceremony served to strengthen bureaucratic performance and improve the quality of public services.

According to Regent Rudy, personnel mutations and rotations are routine matters within any organisation. They form part of organisational renewal, competency adjustments, and fulfilling organisational needs to align efforts in developing Bogor Regency.

All personnel mutation and rotation decisions were made objectively based on organisational requirements and competencies matching the capacity needed by the regional government. The inauguration ceremony represents part of efforts to strengthen bureaucratic performance in supporting public service delivery.

The regent also commended the performance of the Bogor Regency Civil Service Agency (BKPSDM), which he assessed as professional in supporting the personnel mutation and rotation process. He expressed hope that the newly inaugurated officials would discharge their duties with full responsibility, integrity, and high dedication in serving the people of Bogor Regency.

“We still have four years ahead to develop Bogor together so that it becomes more special and more advanced. Let us work together in a spirit of collaboration for the people of Bogor Regency,” he said.
