Bogor Regent: 10 Strategic Projects for 2027 to Be Auctioned This Year
The Regent of Bogor, Rudy Susmanto, has stated that the Bogor Regency Government in West Java will tender approximately 10 strategic projects included in the 2027 budget by the end of this year to accelerate the implementation of development.
Speaking in Cibinong on Tuesday, Rudy noted that this move is part of an effort to expedite the procurement of goods and services so that physical works can commence immediately once the 2027 budget is ratified. “There are about 10 works that we will tender early this year for implementation in the 2027 fiscal year,” said Rudy.
He explained that several projects prepared for this early tender include the construction of the Bojonggede-Kemang (Bomang) flyover and the development of a Hajj and Umrah embarkation centre in the Pakansari Stadium area. According to Rudy, the construction of the Bomang flyover requires an estimated budget of approximately Rp150 billion. This infrastructure is projected to improve connectivity from the Bojonggede region to the Tegar Beriman area.
Additionally, the Bogor Regency Government is preparing the construction of a Hajj and Umrah embarkation centre, designed with a concept similar to the Zamzam Tower, located in the Nurul Wathon Grand Mosque area within the Pakansari Stadium Complex. The seven-storey building is planned to be funded by the 2027 Bogor Regency Regional Budget (APBD) with an allocation of Rp142 billion.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Procurement Services Unit (ULPBJ) of the Bogor Regency Regional Secretariat, Arie Fikriansyah, stated that the early tender process will begin in December 2026, once all procurement requirements have been met by the proposing regional departments. He noted that every work package must be equipped with planning documents, detailed engineering designs (DED), budgets, and tender applications before being announced through the Electronic Procurement Service (LPSE).
“The tender will be conducted in December. However, this is provided that the relevant departments have submitted tender applications, the budget has been included in the 2027 budget, and the tender requirements are complete,” said Arie.
He explained that the submission of work packages can be carried out in November or December 2026. However, the tender announcement on the LPSE must be made in December to remain within the early tender category.
Arie added that tender winners can only sign contracts after the 2027 Regional Budget (APBD) has been ratified. This provision refers to goods and services procurement regulations that allow the provider selection process to be conducted earlier, while the contract becomes effective only after the budget is established. “The contracting will take place after the budget is approved,” he concluded.
