Bogor Regency Receives 423 Sentul City PSU Certificates
The Bogor Regency Government in West Java has received 423 land use certificates for public infrastructure, facilities, and utilities (PSU) from PT Sentul City Tbk.
Speaking at the Bogor Regency I Land Office in Cibinong on Friday, the Regent of Bogor, Rudy Susmanto, stated that these PSU plots are distributed across 15 site plans within the Sentul City area. Out of a total of 449 plots, 423 have been handed over, while the remaining 26 are still in the process of being finalised.
According to the Regent, the handover of these certificates marks the fourth stage in the series of PSU obligation fulfilments by PT Sentul City Tbk to the Bogor Regency Government. The certification process involved several stages, ranging from land inventory and measurement to verifying the alignment of the plots with the site plans and local government permits.
“This is not the first time we have received PSU certificates from Sentul City; this is the fourth stage,” Rudy noted. He added that the handover also serves as a follow-up to the 2022 decision by the Bandung State Administrative Court (PTUN).
He praised PT Sentul City Tbk and the Bogor Regency I Land Office for their cooperation, which allowed various obstacles in the certification process to be resolved. Once handed over to the local government, the management and utilisation of the PSU will be carried out in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations.
The Head of the Bogor Regency Housing and Settlement Area Department, Eko Mujiarto, explained that while Sentul City originally had 16 site plans, one was not developed due to unstable soil conditions. Consequently, the PSU obligations cover 15 site plans involving a total of 449 plots of land.
Eko mentioned that the relevant regional departments will follow up on the handover according to their respective authorities, including the management of roads, waste, and public street lighting.
The Head of the Bogor Regency I Land Office, Sontang Coin Manurung, stated that the 26 plots yet to be handed over are currently undergoing administrative finalisation. Some of these plots are facing delays due to incomplete documentation, overlapping land claims, and temporary postponement requests from PT Sentul City Tbk.
In addition to the Sentul City PSU certificates, the Bogor Regency Government also received 320 land certificates recorded as regional assets during the same activity.
