Bogor Regency DPRD Conveys People's Aspirations at Musrenbang RKPD

Chairman of the Bogor Regency House of Regional Representatives (DPRD), Sastra Winara, attended the Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) meeting or Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) at the Bogor Regency level for the 2027 fiscal year on Tuesday, 7 April 2026. The meeting was held together with the Regent of Bogor, Rudy Susmanto, and all Regional Work Units (SKPD) along with Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD).

According to Sastra Winara, the district-level Musrenbang RKPD is the final stage of the Musrenbang series that was previously conducted at the village and sub-district levels. “This is a stage from us carrying out village Musrenbang, sub-district Musrenbang, then followed up by the Bogor Regency-level Musrenbang RKPD,” said Sastra.

The Musrenbang RKPD, he continued, serves as the basis for preparing the structure of the Draft Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RAPBD) for Bogor Regency in 2027. The programmes that will enter the 2027 APBD are the results of various community proposals submitted through village Musrenbang, sub-district Musrenbang, and through DPRD Bogor Regency members’ recess activities.

“Coincidentally, from this Musrenbang, the aspirations from all fellow DPRD Bogor Regency members who have conducted recesses in their respective electoral districts have been conveyed,” he stated.

According to Sastra, the formation of the APBD structure is not done suddenly. Every programme that enters has gone through planning stages compiled one year in advance. “So when the APBD structure is formed, the programmes do not just appear with some figures, but indeed go through a compilation stage one year beforehand.”

Meanwhile, the Regent of Bogor, Rudy Susmanto, stated that the preparation of the 2027 APBD will continue to focus on meeting the basic needs of the community. In addition to accommodating community aspirations through Musrenbang and DPRD recesses, the regional government will also continue the village financial assistance (bankeu) programme in 2027.

“Our focus is first, the basic rights of the community must be implemented, then the village bankeu will be continued in 2027. Hopefully, we receive support from the chairman, vice chairman, and all ranks of DPRD Bogor Regency members,” said Regent Rudy.
