Bogor Regency DPRD Chairman: Maintaining Social Bonds Enhances Work Quality and Public Services

Chairman of the Regional People’s Representative Council (DPRD) of Bogor Regency, Sastra Winara, has invited all ranks of the DPRD Secretariat as well as the Bogor Regency government apparatus to maintain the spirit of togetherness in the post-Eid period. This is seen as the basis for enhancing performance and public services.

“May this spirit of togetherness continue to be maintained in realising better and more professional performance,” said Sastra after the silaturahmi and halal bihalal event for Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah at the DPRD Office of Bogor Regency in Cibinong.

Sastra assessed that the halal bihalal moment is not merely a ceremonial event, but a means to strengthen relationships among apparatus, which directly impacts work quality.

“This momentum serves as an opportunity to strengthen silaturahmi, bolster togetherness, and enhance synergy in carrying out duties and services to the community,” he said.

Synergy among ranks, he stated, needs to be continuously strengthened to improve the quality of services to the public. The DPRD of Bogor Regency has also expressed its commitment to continue promoting professionalism in every task implementation.

In addition to serving as an internal consolidation event, this activity is also an opportunity for mutual forgiveness after undergoing the month of Ramadan. “I ask all ranks to maintain the consistency of the work spirit that has been built so that services to the community can continue to be carried out professionally,” he said.
