Bogor regency, a sad story

As a citizen of Bogor regency, I have witnessed the
development of this vast area with dozens of factories and
recreation areas sprouting up. But order and security remain
alien to the regency's various sleazy urban districts, where
robbery, theft, looting and violence frequently occur.

Cibinong, the capital of Bogor regency, is apparently
developing without any focused program. River banks are ravaged,
kiosks pack the town's green belt, and roads are lined with
sidewalk vendors, causing traffic jams.

Crimes like robbery, abuse and rape have claimed a lot of
female victims, particularly in the evening, even on main roads,
where criminals sometimes disguise themselves as minivan drivers
to prey on passengers.
