The Bogor Police have once again handed over units of houses that have been successfully renovated under the Rumah ASRI (Safe, Healthy, Neat, Beautiful) programme. This programme represents a tangible form of support from the Indonesian National Police towards President Prabowo Subianto’s vision of providing decent housing for underprivileged communities.

Bogor Police Chief AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto stated that to date, a total of seven Rumah ASRI units have been handed over out of an overall target of 13 units in the Bogor Regency area.

The handover of the latest units began on Wednesday (18/3/2026). Bogor Police Chief AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto, along with the Chair of the Bhayangkari Branch Bogor Ny Agia Wikha, directly inspected the construction site in Pagensi, Sukahati Ward, Cibinong. During the visit, they handed over the keys to the completed house to its owner, Abdul Malik.

The series of handovers continued on Thursday morning (19/3/2026). This key handover was led by the Head of Logistics of the Bogor Police, Kompol Ari Trisnawati, representing Bogor Police Chief AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto, who was on duty securing the homecoming traffic flow during Operation Ketupat Lodaya 2026.

The three other residents who received the renovation assistance on Thursday are:

Yadi (48), a daily casual labourer in Cibinong Village, Sukaharja Village, Ciomas Subdistrict.

Mumu Sopian (59), in Gendong Village, Ciampea Village, Ciampea Subdistrict.

Endang (57), a daily casual labourer in Cikoleang Village, Pabuaran Village, Gunung Sindur Subdistrict.

“Today, we are once again handing over the keys to Rumah ASRI to the beneficiary residents. This is part of our commitment to carrying out the instructions of President Prabowo Subianto and the West Java Police Chief to provide decent housing for the community,” said AKBP Wikha in his statement on Thursday (19/3/2026).

AKBP Wikha explained that the funding for the renovation of these 13 house units comes from the ‘Good Police of Bogor Police’ programme. This programme targets residents’ houses in very pitiful conditions to be rebuilt into healthy homes.

“To date, we have handed over seven Rumah ASRI units. We continue to strive to accelerate the construction of the remaining units so that residents can soon occupy their new homes,” added Wikha.

The key handover was greeted with emotion by the beneficiaries. Considering the timing approaching Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijri, the residents felt grateful that their dream of having a decent home could be realised at the right moment.

“Alhamdulillah, the residents who received it feel very happy because their house renovation is completed just before Eid al-Fitr. This is certainly a special gift for them to celebrate Eid more comfortably and happily,” said AKBP Wikha.

The key handover activity on Thursday was also attended by Ciomas Police Sector Chief AKP Hendra Kurnia, Gunung Sindur Police Sector Chief Kompol Budi Santoso, and representatives from the Ciampea Police Sector. The Rumah ASRI programme is hoped to continue until all 13 target house units are 100 per cent completed.
