Bogor Police Distribute Free Iftar Snacks Along Pakansari Route

The Bogor Police Resort held a free iftar snack distribution for the public and motorists along the Pakansari route in Bogor, West Java. The event was led directly by Bogor Police Chief AKBP Wikha Ardilestanto.

AKBP Wikha personally handed out iftar packages to passing motorists and members of the public at the location. The distribution was met with enthusiasm from residents and motorists passing through.

A number of officers remained on standby to direct traffic and ensure smooth flow. AKBP Wikha said the activity was part of the “Good Police” programme, describing it as a form of police presence within the community.

“Through this ‘Good Police Blessed Iftar’ initiative, we are distributing food packages to residents who are still out and about as the Maghrib prayer time approaches,” he said on Thursday (19 February 2026).

Wikha added that the iftar distribution would be held for an entire month by the Bogor Police Resort and its subordinate sector police stations. A total of 200 iftar packages are distributed daily to assist the public.

“We want to help those who are unable to break their fast together with their families at home. We hope this becomes a source of good deeds during this blessed month,” Wikha said.
