Bogor City Government Prepares Lawyers for 14 Satpol PP Victims of SK Pawning by Superior
The Bogor City Government is preparing free legal assistance for 14 members of the Bogor City Satpol PP who became victims of their appointment decrees (SK) being pawned by their superior. The alleged perpetrator is a civil servant (ASN) with the initials ID or I, who serves as Head of the Finance and Reporting Sub-section of the Bogor City Satpol PP.
“Tomorrow at 09:00 WIB, assistance from the Legal Aid Institute (LBH) will be carried out; I have requested LBH from the legal section. So, the Satpol PP colleagues who are victims will go to the legal section. I will hand them over directly, and then the treatment will be handled by the lawyers who will assist them immediately,” said the Head of Law and Human Rights of Bogor City, Alma Wiranta, to reporters on Thursday (23/4/2026).
Alma stated that more than one lawyer will assist the 14 Satpol PP members who are victims. Subsequently, the perpetrator will be summoned for confirmation and a resolution will be sought.
“We are pursuing this through the Balai Badami for activities to seek reconciliation. So, the perpetrator will be invited through their lawyer. There will be a discussion for agreement, in a familial manner, to discuss the resolution. That is the step being pursued,” Alma said.
“So, directly through these legal representatives, they will help to restore the rights of the (Satpol PP members), including cooperation later with the bank or cooperative partners, so that there can be a renewal of their debts,” he added.
Alma mentioned that several meetings have already been held with the 14 victim Satpol PP members whose appointment SKs were pawned by their superior. From those meetings, it was revealed that the perpetrator ID has been difficult to contact and meet.
“This is actually stuck because several times the victims have tried to contact him, but there has been no response, no communication, he’s gone, disappeared from the world, we don’t know where,” he said.
14 Satpol PP Members Become Victims
Previously reported, the Bogor City Secretary Deni Mulyadi responded to the viral case of an ASN official with initials I who pawned appointment decrees (SK) of Bogor Satpol PP members, resulting in stalled instalments and deductions from allowances. Deni said he had clarified with I.
“Yesterday, I already summoned the Satpol PP secretary regarding the SKs pawned by an ASN in Satpol PP to his colleagues. It has actually been going on for a long time, but perhaps for a few months it hasn’t been paid by the person concerned,” Deni said on Tuesday (14/4).
Deni stated that the money from pawning the Satpol PP members’ SKs was not used for office interests. According to Deni, the money was used for the personal interests of I, who holds the position of Head of Sub-section (Kasubag) of Finance and Reporting at the Bogor City Satpol PP.
“I already confirmed with the person concerned and the colleagues who lent the money; it has no relation to the office. So, it’s a personal matter between the borrower and the lender,” Deni said.
“Yesterday, information from Satpol PP indicated (the number of victims) around 14 people, ASN in Satpol PP,” Deni said.
