Bogor Car-Free Day Schedule and Locations This Sunday

Bogor Regency Government will maintain its regular Car-Free Day (CFD) event this Sunday (31 May 2026) morning, despite the recent Car-Free Night (CFN) held on Saturday (30 May 2026) evening along Jalan Tegar Beriman in Cibinong.

The government area in Bogor Regency will be fully closed to motor vehicles from 6am to 9am WIB. During the three-hour period, residents can use the road for exercise, including walking, jogging, and cycling with family.

The closure of Jalan Tegar Beriman is a weekly event that attracts thousands of residents each weekend. Beyond providing a more comfortable public space, the initiative allows people to enjoy morning air free from vehicle pollution.

Motorists passing through the area must heed traffic management measures to ensure smooth travel. Vehicles travelling from Bojonggede towards Jakarta will be rerouted via Cikaret, while those coming from the Jakarta-Bogor Road heading to Bojonggede will be directed through Cikaret or Karadenan.

The traffic rerouting scheme aims to keep vehicle flow moving and prevent congestion around the CFD zone.

Primary parking areas are available at various government offices and public facilities, including Kodim, the District Prosecutor’s Office, Police Station, Arts Building, Bank BJB, DPMPTSP (MPP), KPU, ATR/BPN, Disdukcapil, Diskominfo, and Cibinong City Center shops.

The government hopes that the evenly distributed parking facilities will prevent illegal roadside parking and maintain traffic flow during the CFD.
