Bogor-bound KRL Disrupted at Manggarai Station; KCI Prepares Alternative Service

KAI Commuter Indonesia (KCI) apologised to passengers via its X account @CommuterLine. ‘We apologise for the inconvenience. There is an operational disruption on the Commuter Line 1290 (Jakarta Kota–Bogor) on platform 11 at Manggarai Station. It is currently under inspection by staff,’ KCI said on Thursday (21 May 2026).

Several users queried the disruption with KCI on X accounts @CommuterLine. KCI urged passengers to seek alternative trains on other tracks at Manggarai Station.”Alternative: you may use the trains available on platform 12 at Manggarai Station,” it added.

Meanwhile, KAI Commuter’s VP Corporate Secretary, Karina Amanda, said the disruption occurred at 13:18 Western Indonesian Time and was resolved by 14:04. ‘Currently, the affected train is the 1290 service, and other services were not affected,’ Karina clarified.

KCI also advised passengers not to alight at the wrong destination, and to await information from station information staff or check the train information display boards (PIK) at the station and the C-Access app.
