The Bogor Regency Government will hold a Car-Free Night (CFN) to commemorate the 544th anniversary of Bogor on Tegar Beriman Street in Cibinong. During the event, the express lane will be closed.

“We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this special CFN event, but we have prepared safety measures, with the slow lane remaining operational for vehicle traffic,” said Bogor Regency Secretary Ajat Rochmat Jatnika on Saturday, 30 May 2026.

Car-Free Night will run from 6pm to midnight. The closed section spans from the U-turn in front of the Bogor Regency Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) office to the PDAM junction.

“This special CFN will consolidate regional potential, bringing together SMEs, artistic talent, and cultural performances from various districts in a unified showcase,” he added.

Various artistic performances will be featured, including light shows, music, local cuisine, and SME exhibitions.

Additionally, the event will coincide with the official opening of a Pedestrian Bridge (JPO) at Cikempong Junction, which will serve as the main stage.

“The Skywalk will be utilised as the primary stage for artistic and entertainment performances,” he explained.

Separately, Bogor Regency Transport Agency Traffic Department Head Dadang Kosasih stated that security and traffic management measures are in place, with police deployed to ensure the event runs smoothly.

Vehicles can use the slow lane, and he confirmed no alternative traffic rerouting would be implemented.

“There will be no alternative traffic arrangements as the slow lane remains open for drivers. Parking will be directed to nearby government offices, particularly those close to the CFN site,” he concluded.
