Boediono assures foreign investors of equal treatment

I've been hearing about the "proposed new investment law" that's "about to be implemented" for the past 7 years. Even now, they are still talking in terms of the law being passed next year -- which will actually turn into the year after. This is the Indonesian "sense of urgency" in action.
