Bodybuilder against testing process

SINGAPORE (AFP): Singapore bodybuilder Jojo Sinclair, who
could be banned for two years and stripped of her world
lightweight title after failing a drug test, is challenging the
manner in which the test was performed.

Sinclair, who has hired Singapore lawyer Edmond Pereira to
represent her, told The Sunday Times that the process of
collecting and testing urine samples from participants at the
November championships in Belgium was chaotic.

She was quoted as saying the tests were conducted in a hotel
room crowded with bodybuilders with the doctor the only official
in attendance. In addition, the doctor may not have been aware of
his duties, she alleged.
