Body of Djarum Boss Michael Hartono to be Laid in State in Jakarta-Kudus

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The body of entrepreneur and owner of the Djarum Group, Michael Bambang Hartono, is scheduled to be laid in state at the Grand Heaven funeral home in Jakarta from 20 to 22 March 2026.

According to information from the Corporate Communication Senior Manager of the Djarum Group, Budi Darmawan, the body will be flown from Singapore to Indonesia tomorrow, Friday (20/3/2026).

After being laid in state at Grand Heaven, the body will also be laid in state at GOR Jati Kudus in Kudus, Central Java, from 22 to 25 March 2026. After that, according to Budi, the body of Michael Bambang Hartono will be buried on Wednesday, 25 March 2026.

The following is the information on the funeral arrangements for Mr Michael Bambang Hartono:

• 20 March ~ flown to Jakarta

• 20 - 22 March ~ Grand Heaven funeral home, Jakarta

• 22 - 25 March ~ GOR Jati, Kudus

• 25 March ~ burial, time to follow
