Body found in front of the House

JAKARTA (JP): A male corpse was found at the roadside
immediately in front of the House of Representatives on Jl. Gatot
Subroto, Central Jakarta on Friday.

Tanah Abang Police detective chief First. Insp. Ary Satriya
identified the dead man as Bambang S. Suryadi, 44, a resident of
Taman Pajajaran B/V/III, Bogor.

"When found, the body was lying in a sleeping position beneath
the pedestrian footbridge in front of the House complex," he
told reporters.

The corpse was sent to Cipto Mangunkusumo General Hospital
morgue for an autopsy.

Ary said the deceased might have met a violent death as he had
sustained several bruises to his forehead and nose as a result of
being struck with a blunt object. (01)
