Bobby Loses Temper with Tukka District Head in Tapteng over Slow Work, Masinton Mediates

North Sumatra Governor (Gubsu) Bobby Nasution was greatly angered by the Tukka sub-district head Yan Munzir Hutagalung during an inspection of the river embankment project in Tukka sub-district, Central Tapanuli Regency (Tapteng). The moment of Bobby’s outburst was captured in a video uploaded to the North Sumatra Provincial Government’s Instagram. Tapteng Regent Masinton Pasaribu was seen standing between Bobby and Yan Munzir. According to Bobby, the handling of flood recovery in the area was extremely slow. In the video, Yan Munzir was heard debating with Bobby. “This is already underway, I haven’t received orders from here, Sir,” said Yan Munzir Hutagalung in a clip from the video. Hearing that, Bobby’s voice rose even higher as he pointed at Yan Munzir. Meanwhile, Masinton appeared to be calming Bobby. “From the beginning, how many people came here, the residents will shout later, not just shouting at you. People are fighting for you with tens of billions, tens of trillions, and you can’t even handle this, people are fighting for you,” said Bobby. “Your area is the slowest, mentioned multiple times, do you get assistance or not, look at Tapsel over there, don’t act like you’re the hardest worker,” he continued.
