Clarification: In the story headlined Repatriation of boat-
people on target on this page yesterday, UNHCR representative
Jean-Noel Wetterwald was quoted as saying that "the Indonesian
authorities are under control". His precise remarks should have
read "The Indonesian authorities have the situation fully under
control."
