Boat overturns, one missing

CILACAP, Central Java: One went missing and four other people
survived when their fishing boat Dewi sank after being hit by
high waves Tuesday, a press report said yesterday.

Antara reported that as of Wednesday afternoon, Rasiman, 25, a
resident of the Jeruk Legi district, was still missing. The other
fishermen aged between 19 and 35 sustained injuries and are
currently being treated in a local hospital.

Chief of the rescue team Atas Munandar said he believed that
Rasiman was dead.

During the last 10 months, 50 fishermen have gone missing in
various sea accidents. (swe)
