BNI Wins LinkedIn Talent Award 2025

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) has won the Talent Insight Pioneer category at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2025, becoming the only member of the State-Owned Banks Association (Himbara) to receive the award. The award was presented at a ceremony at The St. Regis Jakarta on Thursday (7/5). BNI’s Director of Human Capital & Compliance, Munadi Herlambang, stated that this achievement demonstrates the company’s consistency in building an adaptive, data-based human resource management strategy. “This recognition serves as motivation for BNI to continue strengthening human capital transformation through a data-based digital approach. We believe that proper talent management will be a crucial foundation in supporting sustainable business growth,” Munadi said in a written statement in Jakarta on Monday. In addition to winning the Talent Insight Pioneer category, BNI was also a finalist in the Best Employer Branding on LinkedIn and AI Pioneer Learning Champion categories. BNI previously received a similar award in 2024 as the Best Employer Brand on LinkedIn Talent Awards Indonesia 2024 for companies with more than 10,000 employees. Munadi explained that in recent years, BNI has optimised the use of AI-based digital platforms to support strategic decision-making in talent management, from mapping competency needs and sourcing strategies to strengthening employer branding. According to him, this approach enables the company to understand labour market dynamics and future skills trends, while also improving recruitment effectiveness and candidate engagement. BNI also stated that human capital transformation aligns with the company’s efforts to prepare superior talent to address challenges in the digital, analytics, and sustainability era.
