BNI to Distribute Cash Dividend of Rp 13.03 Trillion on 7 April 2026

Jakarta — State-owned PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, commonly known as BNI, will distribute a cash dividend of Rp 13.03 trillion to shareholders of BBNI on 7 April 2026.

The cum dividend period in the regular and negotiated markets has been scheduled for today, 17 March 2026. The cum dividend period in the cash market will take place on 26 March 2026.

BNI’s Corporate Secretary, Okki Rushartomo, stated that shareholders recorded on the recording date of 26 March 2026 will begin receiving dividend payments on 7 April 2026.

“This decision is part of the Company’s effort to provide added value to shareholders, whilst ensuring that the company’s performance continues to grow sustainably,” he said in a written statement on Tuesday, 17 March 2026.

During the meeting, BNI established a dividend payout ratio of 65 per cent of consolidated net profit attributable to the parent entity’s owners, which amounts to Rp 20.04 trillion. With this figure, each shareholder will receive a dividend of Rp 349.41 per share.

In addition to the dividend, shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting also approved the allocation of 35 per cent of net profit, approximately Rp 7.01 trillion, as retained earnings.

This measure is expected to maintain solid company performance whilst creating opportunities for business growth in the future.

“Going forward, BNI will continue to strengthen its performance sustainably whilst maintaining a solid capital structure to be able to create more optimal value for shareholders,” Rushartomo said.
