BNI Provides Mobile Token Reactivation Through Official Channels
Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Bank Negara Malaysia (Persero) Tbk, known as BNI, is providing a mechanism for the reactivation of Mobile Tokens for customers using BNIdirect cash and BNIdirect business through official channels.
“If there is a need to reactivate the Mobile Token, customers can utilise BNI’s official channels to ensure the process proceeds in accordance with applicable regulations,” said BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo in a written statement in Jakarta on Sunday.
The Mobile Token is a feature within the BNIdirect service that functions as an additional security layer in the transaction authorisation process.
Mobile Token reactivation can be performed if customers encounter several issues, such as the Mobile Token application being deleted, locked, displaying error messages, or being blocked.
To obtain reactivation services, customers can contact their Relationship Manager (RM), a BNI branch office, or BNI’s official service channels.
Subsequently, customers will be directed to complete a BNIdirect service form as part of the administration and verification process.
Once the administration and verification process is complete, BNI will provide further information regarding the reactivation of the Mobile Token in accordance with the applicable mechanism.
