BNI Provides Limited Operational Services During Islamic New Year Holiday

PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) is providing limited operational services through 13 branch offices to ensure smooth public transactions during the Islamic New Year 1448 Hijriah holiday on Tuesday (16/9). Corporate Secretary BNI Okki Rushartomo stated in Jakarta on Monday that this measure is part of the company’s commitment to continuously deliver the best service to the public. The limited operational branches will serve customers from 10.00 to 12.00 local time. Through these services, customers can still conduct essential transactions, such as Pertamina fuel payment deposits via the POBS Pertamina H2H system, cash deposits, cash withdrawals, inter-account transfers between BNI accounts, and account opening through wondr by BNI. In addition to providing branch office services, BNI has ensured that all digital channels continue to operate normally 24 hours a day, allowing customers to transact anytime and from anywhere. These services include the wondr by BNI application, BNIdirect, ATMs, CRMs, Agen46, and various other electronic banking services.
