Jakarta — In ensuring public needs remain fulfilled during the Eid al-Fitr 1448 Hijriah holiday period, PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) or BNI will implement limited operational services at several branch offices. This measure aims to maintain the smooth flow of important public transactions during the national holiday period.

BNI’s Corporate Secretary, Okki Rushartomo, stated that the limited operational services represent part of BNI’s commitment to continue serving customer needs, particularly at important moments such as the Eid holiday.

“These limited operational services are prepared so the public can still conduct important banking transactions during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period,” Okki said in an official statement on Wednesday (11 March 2026).

BNI will prepare 23 outlets operating on a limited basis on 20 March 2026 and 32 outlets on 23 March 2026 with service hours from 10:00 to 12:00 local time. Through this service, the public can still conduct various transactions such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, government revenue receipts, as well as deposit, withdrawal, and inter-account transfer services for BNI accounts with a maximum limit of IDR 25 million per account per day.

Beyond services at branch offices, BNI also ensures operational support for transaction needs during the Eid holiday period. BNI will provide O-Branch or BNI Mobile Banking services positioned at several strategic locations to reach the public, particularly in areas where ATM and CRM BNI facilities are not yet available.

Further, Okki noted that the provision of these services represents BNI’s commitment to serve customers wholeheartedly, even during extended holiday periods.

“BNI continuously strives to ensure the public receives safe and comfortable banking services. This aligns with our commitment to always be present and serve wholeheartedly for customers in various situations, including during the Eid holiday period,” Okki explained.

Despite the availability of limited operational services, BNI also encouraged the public to utilise available digital banking channels operational 24 hours, such as the wondr by BNI application, BNIdirect, ATMs, and various other electronic banking services.

“We invite the public to take advantage of BNI’s digital services that can be accessed anytime and anywhere to support the smooth conduct of transactions during the Eid holiday period,” Okki concluded.

Through a combination of limited branch office services, mobile banking vehicles, and digital channels operating round the clock, BNI hopes the public can fulfil various transaction needs easily, safely, and comfortably during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. This step simultaneously affirms BNI’s commitment to continue providing the best services to all customers with the spirit of serving wholeheartedly.
