BNI Prepares Limited Services During Eid Holiday, Dozens of Outlets to Remain Operational
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, or BNI, is ensuring that public transaction needs are serviced during the Eid al-Fitr holiday break by implementing limited operational services at a number of branch offices. This measure is being taken to maintain the smooth flow of important public transactions during the national holiday period.
BNI’s Corporate Secretary, Okki Rushartomo, stated that the limited operational service is part of BNI’s commitment to remain present serving customer needs, particularly during important occasions such as the Eid holiday.
“This limited operational service is being prepared so that the public can continue to conduct important banking transactions during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period,” said Okki in a written statement.
BNI is preparing 23 outlets to operate on a limited basis on 20 March 2026 and 32 outlets on 23 March 2026, with service hours from 10:00 to 12:00 local time. Through this service, the public can still conduct various transactions such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, state revenue collection, as well as deposit, withdrawal, and inter-account transfer services between BNI accounts with a maximum limit of Rp 25 million per account per day.
In addition to branch office services, BNI is also ensuring operational support for transaction needs during the Eid holiday period. The company is preparing O-Branch or BNI Mobile Unit services stationed at several strategic locations to reach the public, particularly in areas where ATM and CRM BNI facilities are not yet available.
Okki emphasised that the provision of this service is a manifestation of BNI’s commitment to serve customers wholeheartedly, even during an extended holiday period.
“BNI continues to strive to ensure that the public continues to receive safe and comfortable banking services. This is in line with our commitment to always be present and serve wholeheartedly for customers in various situations, including during the Eid holiday period,” said Okki.
In addition to limited operational services, BNI is also encouraging the public to utilise available digital banking channels that are accessible 24 hours a day, such as the wondr by BNI application, BNIdirect, ATMs, and various other electronic banking services.
“We invite the public to take advantage of BNI’s digital services that can be accessed anytime and anywhere to support the smooth flow of transactions during the Eid holiday period,” said Okki.
