BNI Operational Schedule During 2026 Eid al-Adha and Pancasila Day Holidays

BNI has confirmed that banking services will remain available during the extended holiday period for Eid al-Adha 1447 Hijriah, the joint holiday, and Pancasila Day 2026.

During the national holiday period from 29 May to 1 June 2026, BNI has prepared limited operational services at selected branches while ensuring all digital services remain available 24/7.

Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated that the company is committed to maintaining smooth transactions for customers during the extended holiday.

“BNI strives to ensure customer transaction needs are met during the Eid al-Adha holiday period through limited operational services and 24-hour digital channels,” Okki said in a written statement on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

This policy ensures uninterrupted transaction services for customers during the national and joint holiday period.

According to Okki, digital service optimisation is part of BNI’s strategy to provide convenience for customers, especially during increased mobility during the holiday season.

“Digital transformation is continuously encouraged to enable customers to transact more easily, quickly, and efficiently whenever needed, as part of BNI’s commitment to serve wholeheartedly,” he said.
