BNI Opens Limited Services During Eid Holiday to Meet Customer Needs
Jakarta — PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, commonly known as BNI, is preparing limited operational services at several branch offices to ensure that public banking transaction needs remain served during the Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijrah holiday period.
According to the company, this measure is being taken to maintain the smooth flow of important public transactions during the national holiday period.
BNI Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo stated in a written statement in Jakarta on Wednesday that the limited operational services represent part of BNI’s commitment to remain present in serving customer needs, especially during important occasions such as the Eid holiday.
“These limited operational services have been prepared so that the public can continue to conduct important banking transactions during the Eid al-Fitr holiday period,” said Okki.
BNI will operate 23 outlets with limited service on 20 March 2026 and 32 outlets on 23 March 2026, with service hours from 10:00 to 12:00 local time.
Through this service, the public can continue to perform various transactions such as Pertamina fuel deposits, Bulog deposits, state revenue receipts, as well as deposit, withdrawal, and fund transfer services between BNI accounts with a maximum limit of 25 million rupiah per account per day.
In addition to branch services, BNI also ensures operational support for transaction needs during the Eid holiday period. The company is deploying O-Branch mobile banking vehicles at several strategic locations to reach the public, particularly in areas where ATM and CRM BNI facilities are not yet available.
Okki emphasised that the provision of this service represents BNI’s commitment to serve customers wholeheartedly, even during extended holiday periods.
“BNI continues to ensure that the public receives safe and comfortable banking services. This aligns with our commitment to always be present and serve wholeheartedly to customers in various situations, including during the Eid holiday,” he said.
In addition to limited operational services, BNI also encourages the public to utilise available digital banking channels that operate 24 hours, such as the Wondr by BNI application, BNIdirect, ATMs, and various other electronic banking services.
“We invite the public to take advantage of BNI’s digital services which can be accessed anytime and anywhere to support smooth transactions during the Eid holiday period,” said Okki.

Through a combination of limited branch office services, mobile banking vehicles, and digital channels that operate around the clock, BNI hopes that the public will be able to meet various transaction needs easily, safely, and conveniently during the Eid al-Fitr holiday.
This measure also reaffirms BNI’s commitment to continue providing the best service to customers with a spirit of wholehearted service.
