BNI Offers Attractive Home Ownership Programmes at Danantara Housing Expo 2026
PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BNI) is providing various attractive offers for members of the public wishing to acquire homes through Home Ownership Loans (KPR). Notably, BNI is presenting its flagship features during the Danantara Housing Expo 2lan 2026.
Novian Prasetyo, BNI’s Sales & Strategy Execution Division Head, stated that BNI possesses an extensive collaborative network with numerous property developers across the country. To date, BNI has partnered with 1,000 property developers in more than 100 cities in Indonesia.
“Currently, we are working with 1,000 developers throughout Indonesia across more than 100 cities. Today, at the Danantara Housing Expo, we have a total of over 140 developers present,” he said during a talk show titled “Every Dream Has a Place to Call Home” at NICE PIK2 on Sunday (30/8/2026).
In addition, BNI currently offers the ‘KPR Cermat’ feature, which provides benefits in the form of interest rate reductions for customers. This feature under BNI Griya for non-subsidised housing allows customers to obtain a discount on the prevailing interest rate of up to 1% per annum by linking the mortgage facility to the average daily balance of their savings account.
Furthermore, customers can obtain an interest rate discount starting from 0.5% per annum by maintaining an average daily savings balance of at least 1le 10% of the remaining principal credit. The discount amount can increase according to the balance maintained, up to a maximum of 1% per annum.
Under the KPR Cermat scheme, customers can also link up to five savings accounts, including those belonging to spouses, parents, or children listed under the same Family Card (Kartu Keluarga), subject to programme requirements.
To assist the public in estimating their financing capabilities, BNI is also providing a mortgage calculator at the BNI booth during the Danantara Housing Expo 2026. Through this, visitors can perform instalment simulations and view various financing scheme options before deciding on a property that suits their needs and financial capacity.
Moreover, BNI provides various necessities for homes purchased by consumers. This is because consumers do not merely purchase a house, but also need to furnish it with items such as furniture, electronics, and more.
Interestingly, BNI customers may also have the chance to participate in a lucky draw for a Mercedes-Benz. As is known, the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 is taking place from 27-30 August 2026 at NICE PIK 2.
