BNI Offers 2,600 Assets in 2026 Auction Programme
PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BNI) is offering around 2,600 collateral assets through the Gelegar Lelang BNI 2026 programme. The assets on offer include houses, shop houses, warehouses, apartments, hotels, and various other types of property spread across several regions in Indonesia.
The programme runs from 15 June to 15 September 2026, with a simultaneous auction peak scheduled for 21 August 2026. Gelegar Lelang BNI aims to broaden public access to assets through an open, secure, and transparent auction mechanism.
The kick-off event was held at Grha BNI, Jakarta, on Tuesday (4/8/2026). The activity was inaugurated by the Director of Auctions at the Directorate General of State Assets, Ministry of Finance, Syukriah HG, together with BNI Senior Executive Vice President of Remedial & Recovery, Saridatun.
Saridatun stated that Gelegar Lelang BNI is part of the company’s efforts to provide wider access for the public to acquire assets while optimising the resolution of collateral assets. “Gelegar Lelang BNI is our commitment to presenting an asset marketing process that is open, transparent, and easily accessible to the public,” Saridatun said in a written statement.
He noted that auctions not only serve as a means of resolving banking collateral but can also be an alternative for people looking to own or invest in property. In organising this programme, BNI is collaborating with the Directorate General of State Assets (DJKN) to enhance public understanding of the auction mechanism and ensure that all processes are carried out in accordance with regulations.
The collaboration includes educational activities through discussions, consultations, and the provision of information regarding auction participation procedures, the rights and obligations of participants, and the stages of the transaction. Through this education, BNI and DJKN seek to reinforce the understanding that auctions are an open and accountable mechanism, as well as an alternative for acquiring assets at competitive prices.
Gelegar Lelang BNI 2026 will also be featured at the wondrX BNI 2026 event, taking place from 21 to 23 August 2026 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition, BSD City, Tangerang. During the event, visitors can view the asset catalogue and receive explanations regarding the auction mechanism and procedures.
Information on the assets can be accessed via BNI’s digital catalogue at lelangagunan.bni.co.id, while the auction process itself is conducted through the official DJKN platform at lelang.go.id. Through the offering of thousands of objects, BNI hopes to increase public participation in auctions and build a more inclusive, transparent, and accountable collateral asset marketing ecosystem.
